SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We get your gear to you fast, but here's the deal: we're a curated marketplace, not just one warehouse. Your order might contain products from different Partner Brands, meaning the logistics are handled by a network of certified pros. We orchestrate the show, but occasionally, things arrive in separate packages.
Know the system. Know the swagger.
1. Processing Time (The Kickoff)
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise noted on the product page. This is the time it takes for us (or the Partner Brand) to prep, pack, and hand your item off to the carrier.
Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed starting the next business day.
Custom/Limited-Edition: Items made on demand or custom-developed by STS or a Partner Brand will have their estimated processing/production time clearly listed on the product page.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your cart, as well as the selected shipping speed.
Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions. When available, the free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed on the site.
4. Tracking Your Order (Know Your Vibe)
Confirmation: Once your order has shipped (which may be in parts, as noted above), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Tracking: This email will include a tracking number for each package shipped. You can track its progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Important: Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for the tracking information to update.
5. International Shipping (Global Swag)
We ship to a selection of international destinations.
Fees: International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary significantly based on destination.
Duties and Taxes: You, the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, tariffs, or fees applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are outside of Sugar Town Swag's control. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being returned to sender, and your refund will be reduced by the cost of the original shipping and any return fees.
6. Shipping Restrictions and Issues
A. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We can only ship to P.O. Boxes via Standard Swag services and typically only through USPS. Please avoid selecting Express or Priority for P.O. Box addresses.
B. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damage in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately (see Section 5 of the Refund Policy).
Lost or Stolen: Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered the customer's responsibility. If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local postal service. STS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered; however, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
C. Delays
Delivery estimates are just that: estimates. While we and our Partner Brands hustle, factors like carrier delays, weather, high-volume periods (holidays), or customs processing for international orders are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience—good things take time, but we'll always communicate known delays.
